Terms of use

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Cubbing Solutions Pvt Ltd, India ("we", "us") for the CWF (Cricket With Fun) mobile app, the website at cricketwithfun.com and related services ("CWF"). By using CWF you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CWF.

2. The service

CWF helps you score cricket matches, manage teams and tournaments, and share scorecards. Features may change, and some may be unavailable at times. The mobile app is not yet published in the app stores; these terms apply from the first time any part of CWF is made available to you.

3. Accounts

You can use parts of CWF as a guest, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in secure. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You can delete your account at any time, as explained on the account deletion page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter false scores, names or results to mislead others, or tamper with a match you do not run;
• impersonate another person, or claim a player profile that is not yours;
• add names, phone numbers or other information about a person who has not agreed to it, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading content in team, player or match names;
• probe, scrape, overload or bypass the security or rate limits of CWF, or use bots to create accounts, teams or join requests;
• reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it; or
• use CWF for any purpose that is unlawful in India or in your own country.

5. Your content and other players

"Content" means names, teams, players, scores, photos or anything else you add to CWF. You keep your rights in your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, process and share it as needed to run CWF, including making scorecards, names and statistics viewable by others as described in the privacy policy.

If you are a captain or admin and add other people to a team, you are responsible for that information. You confirm that each person is happy to be listed, that anyone under 18 has a parent or guardian's permission, and that you will not add someone's phone number without their agreement. You will fix or remove entries when a person asks.

If you are listed by someone else you may ask us, at logesh@cubbingsolutions.com, to remove or anonymise your name, remove your phone number, hide matches from your public profile or let you claim the profile. We will act on genuine requests promptly. Team admins can also review and undo claims and merges, and you can report a match that lists the wrong person.

We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, or that someone reasonably asks us to remove.

6. Age requirement and young players

CWF accounts are for users aged 18 and over. Captains and team organisers may list players under 18 on team sheets, but only by their name and with the parent or lawful guardian's verifiable permission. A captain must not add a young player's phone number unless they are the parent or guardian or have explicit permission from the parent or guardian. A parent, guardian or young player may ask us to remove or anonymise the name, or to view, correct or delete associated data by contacting logesh@cubbingsolutions.com.

7. AI commentary

AI commentary and tactical tips are generated automatically and may be wrong, odd or unsuitable. They are for entertainment, are not official match records and should not be relied on for any decision. Do not enter sensitive information in match context fields.

8. Our rights

CWF, including its software, design, name, logo and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use our name or logo except to refer to CWF accurately. Feedback you send us can be used without obligation to you.

9. No warranty

CWF is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, that scores will always sync, or that statistics and results will be accurate or complete. Scorers are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter. Do not rely on CWF for official competition results, wagering or anything where an error could cause harm.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of CWF. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to CWF is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for CWF in the last 12 months and INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You agree to compensate us for loss arising from your breach of these terms, including content you add about other people without their agreement.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using CWF at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access, remove content or limit features if you break these terms, put others at risk, or if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering CWF. We will give notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should continue (content licence for shared match records, warranty, liability, governing law) will continue after termination.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use CWF after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
